- Provides a government-wide solution open to all federal agencies
- Is a Preferred OMB Designated Best-In-Class (BIC) vehicle that provides federal buyers access to pre-vetted, mature, and market-proven contract solutions
- Falls under FAR Part 16.5 Streamlined Acquisition Procedures
- Supports all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
- Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level
