Why Clinical Research?

“I have always had passion for clinical research, specifically Oncology research. I started my career as a CRA in Oncology and gained so much knowledge of not only clinical research, but also the therapeutic area itself, which is challenging. I continue to learn the ins and outs of this industry, managing clinical trials, being a point lead for inspections making an impact by getting drugs to market faster and efficiently. I knew this was going to be the career for me and I set high expectations for myself. I embrace my humility and I love the fact that this industry increases with opportunity to learn more and do more.”

This is what drives Earl:

“I have a strong passion for people management and leadership in Clinical Operations. I enjoy leading people to success and driving the right behaviors to achieve success in this industry. I love the relationships I have built not only in this industry, but here at Rho as well. Great people, Team Culture and Quality are very important to me, and I experience this each day here at Rho. I have comfort in knowing that all we do in this industry aids in improving patient lives  globally.”
