He has successfully led numerous studies in both acute and chronic pain,  including global Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials in osteoarthritis. His therapeutic expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including fibromyalgia, diabetic neuropathy, chronic migraine, cancer pain, low back pain, pediatric pain, and studies involving scheduled compounds. Mr. Manoly is also highly skilled in other therapeutic areas such as rheumatology, CNS, gastroenterology, and dermatology.
