OASIS (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services) and OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. OASIS features the following:

• Provides a government-wide solution open to all federal agencies
• Is a Preferred OMB Designated Best-In-Class (BIC) vehicle that provides federal buyers access to pre-vetted, mature, and market-proven contract solutions
• Falls under FAR Part 16.5 Streamlined Acquisition Procedures
• Supports all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
• Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level
• Has no program ceiling, a five-year base and one five-year option—which benefits long-term agency planning for complex program requirements
